37 Days- Its Official

I did it. I signed up for the 5k. And its in 37 days. And I can barely run for a minute and a half straight.

We’ll see how good this Couch to 5k training plan really is. I’m starting on Week 2 since I could run for 90 seconds so hopefully that gives me a bit of an edge lol.

In other news I ate a whole box of Annie’s Natural Elbow’s and Four Cheese Sauce Dinner. It was so good, and I have no regrets. I didn’t stuff myself. I don’t feel sick. I don’t hate myself. I know I wanted comfort, I wanted mac and cheese, so I ate it. And it was awesome.

I also did my Couch to 5k training (30 minutes done and done!)
